Our freshly roasted, Whisky infused coffee beans are nothing short of exquisite. 
 
With strictly limited quantity in each batch, they're truly unique with a infusion process that's never been matched by other coffee roasters.
 
How we do it:
The single origin Colombian green coffee beans are infused with premium Tasmanian Single Malt Whisky in a slow, boutique process that we've developed in-house as our signature specialty.
 
The coffee beans are then masterfully roasted to a medium espresso level which bring out the velvety softness and delightful caramel & toffee body of the Colombian bean. The roasted coffee beans are then put through a second infusion process which amplifies the smooth, robust flavour of the coffee beans resulting in a wonderful melding with the premium Whisky flavours.

For the full flavour experience we recommend enjoying it as a black coffee allowing the layers of the unique flavours to unfold as you sip.
