We start with a premium heritage single origin Colombian green coffee bean that we infuse with a premium Tasmanian single malt whisky to a moisture figure that is never done in haste.

They are then masterfully roasted to a medium espresso level to bring out the velvety softness and delightful caramel and toffee body of the Colombian bean and premium malt whisky. We then put these beans thru the same infusion process again as the green bean stage to ensure the true melding of flavours that is completely unique and delightful.

The outcome is nothing short of extraordinary, a coffee that surpasses the sum of its carefully selected ingredients wonderfully melding the combination of the whisky.
